Nursing Care (Registered Nurse)

Description

We can provide nursing services at home such as wound management, Chronic diseases management, diabetes management, Health Monitoring, medication administration, Injection administration, Continence assessments, bowel and bladder diary, Catheter management, Post Acute/After Hospital care, Stoma care, Sutures & Staples removal, eye drops, ear drops and topical cream administration, Dementia (cognition) assessments, comprehensive nursing assessments, falls management, Minimum 1 hour booking for direct care is required, 1 hour for report writing (if applicable). Services will require directives from a GP or Specialist. We can supply wound products for an extra fee. Private, Support at Home, TAC and WorkSafe funding accepted. Nursing services provided by Enrolled Nurses and Registered Nurses. Private, Support at Home, NDIS funding accepted. Fee is for normal hours on Weekdays. Weekend and Public holiday incur a higher fee.
